If you are an Indian IT outsourcing company do yourself a favor and hire an American sales person (or at least someone who can speak English clearly). If I can’t even understand a voicemail what would make me think we would have good ongoing communication. Someone translate this for me.

A conversation would have been a lot harder to have (are you listening Sonicwall Level 1 support!).
The salesman seems to know he isn’t going to be understood. You can hear him sigh about three quarters of the way through. lol
My tongue lashing is that you misspelled tongue. But back to your voice mail: you should totally let them catch you live, and then make them repeat their chosen English name several times. And then you could say
“Sprechen sie Deutsch?”
“Se hablo espanol?”(yes, I realize the ? is wrong there)
“Parle Vous Francais?”
And just keep saying those things louder and slower until they hang up. But then, I am very easily amused.
The only words I understood were “service” and “Thank You”. So, at least you know you’ll get your service with a smile. Now, what that service might be is another question entirely…
