I decided to make Ted’s Magic Turkey Chili Surprise today for a Superbowl party at my friends house. I realize that I shared the recipe on this blog before, but I thought a video may better demonstrate just how easy and fast it is to make chili. For those of you out there who are afraid to cook take a look at this video, it could not be easier. I am by no means a chef, but even I can make this stuff.
OK, Ted. I printed out the recipe. I have to try this! Are the burbs guaranteed, or should i go heavy on beans to get them?
If you follow the recipe I am 94% sure that you will experience some awesome chili burps.
Yummmm… Now to find out where I can get my hands on some of that habanero tomato paste.
Cool – you were using an ULU – from Alaska?
The chili looked great – and I love the idea of the Cheese, Sour Cream and Doritos with it 🙂 Maybe a sprinkle of green onion on the top toooo…. oh, now I’m hungry….
And the man cooks too! I have to try this recipe out. 😀
we tried the recipe – tasted good and the chili belches were awesome!
[…] Alternatively, you may also put everything in a crockpot (slow cooker) and let it cook for four hours. If you need tips on how to do this, you gotta watch Ted’s video. […]

Kimberly 🙂
Turkey because it’s healthier? What about all that other unhealthy stuff you added?
If some woman named bosssanders comments and says I stole her comment, don’t pay any attention to her. 🙂
No really… she said it… I’m only typing it.
She wanted to write it so you’d visit her blog. LOL

I hear my husband is a comment – stealer. 🙂 Your recipe is great, although I do wonder why you even bothered with the turkey, only to dump in beer, fritos, and sour cream? lol. It sounds great though.
We may try it with chicken. Except um…I don’t drink beer. Can we substitute the beer with anything that’d still make it taste good? (Oh, and I’m pregnant – see, beer would earn me some really bad glances).
