Next month I will be attending CES in Las Vegas for the first time. I have wanted to go for years, but somehow it never fit into my schedule. I am totally fired up to see the next generated of tech nerd gadgets and catch up with some blogging buddies. I have heard great things about the show, but I have also heard it can be overwhelming.
I need your help!
What should I pack? Where should I spend my time? What parties should I attend? How do I get an invite? Are there any other bits of advice you have to offer? Any feedback is much appreciated.
I would suggest registering for the It Won’t Stay in Vegas blogger party. I am looking forward to that one myself. http://itwontstayinvegas.com/
Drool. I would love to attend something like that! Um, as far as what to pack, I say a digital camera and plenty of memory cards, if you’re looking to take loads of photos. 😉
Let me know when you find out the answers to your questions. I’ll be there and we can hang out if you want to. Registering for the t Won’t Stay in Vegas blogger party right now.
Make sure you stay downtown, and away from the locals. And stay away from any street that has a number, like 1st, 3rd ect… Besides that you will have fun, but just stay away from the locals…
Bring your girlfriend that has also been jonesing to go to CES for years. 😉
Ted,
I’ll also be attending the CES for the first time this year. Turns out there’s a huge “adult entertainment expo” going on at the same time. So depending on your preference, you may want to avoid that OR gravitate toward that. Maybe I’ll see you at the blogger party. I’ll be there. Take care.
